Privacy policy
This policy covers cybervibe.nl, the CyberVibe website. Our products publish their own privacy policies, which you'll find on that product's own site.
Who processes your data
CyberVibe, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42116282, is the controller for data collected through this website. You can make GDPR requests through the contact page.
What we collect
This website has no accounts. What does happen:
- Contact form — your name, email address, subject and message, so we can answer your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in replying to your message. We do not log your IP address; spam is handled with a hidden field and a timing check rather than a per-IP limit.
- Visit statistics — we use Vercel Analytics. It sets no cookie and does not follow you across websites; per request it derives a rotating, hashed value from data including your IP address and browser in order to tell visits apart from page views, and stores only aggregate figures.
- Language preference — if you pick a language in the switcher, we store that choice in a functional cookie for a year.
- Language notice — if you dismiss the notice about the other language, your own browser remembers that in local storage so it does not come back. That value stays on your device, does not expire on its own, and is never sent anywhere; clear your browser storage to remove it.
When we share data
We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising. Two service providers are involved:
- Vercel — hosting and visit statistics.
- Resend — delivery of the message you send through the contact form.
How long we keep your message
Messages from the contact form arrive as email and are kept for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry, then deleted.
Transfers outside the EEA
Vercel and Resend are US-based providers, so using this site may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to data portability.
To exercise any of them, send a message through the contact page. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
